Southend-on-Sea Borough Council to implement PROACTIS
PROACTIS today announces that it has been commission by Southend-on-Sea Borough Council to provide the PROACTIS SRM, Contract Management and eSourcing suite of applications. The Essex-based Authority plans to use the PROACTIS software to streamline its strategic procurement operations, optimising relationships with key suppliers.
