CIMA to Implement PROACTIS Spend Control
The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants drives cost efficiencies with best-in-class eProcurement
PROACTIS today announced that it is to supply and implement a 400-user licence of the PROACTIS Spend Control solution to the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). The solution will include Purchase-to-Pay, eSourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management, eInvoicing and Employee Expenses.

As the principal authority in this field, it is important for CIMA to lead the way in world-class procurement.
PROACTIS will be used throughout CIMA's regional offices worldwide to ensure that end users are procuring best value goods and services with approved suppliers. It will also provide Accounts Payable with visibility of all spend throughout the organisation at the point of purchase rather than when the invoice arrives.

The PROACTIS solution will be integrated into CIMA's MS Dynamics GP finance system and hosted by PROACTIS technology partner, inTechnology. This hosting service will give CIMA assurance that they're using the most advanced IT infrastructure and are protected against risk, thus ensuring that employees always have access to the PROACTIS system and IT management time is reduced.
