ROC Oil Company Deployes PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay
ROC Oil Company Limited has successfully implemented PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay as the first stage of its Spend Control program. The leading independent oil and gas company purchased the PROACTIS solution through accredited reseller Eclipse Computing (Australia), to manage purchasing and Accounts Payable processes across its Sydney and Beijing offices.
PROACTIS plays a fundamental role in ROC Oil's Spend Control program. The solution has been seamlessly integrated to the company's SunSystems Finance system to provide greater accuracy of date, control and visibility of commitments throughout the whole Purchase-to-Pay process.
The next stage in the initiative will see the deployment of PROACTIS Reports for improved spend analysis, Expenses for streamlined employee expense processing, Purchasing Cards for reduced paperwork and electronic payments, and Stores for greater visibility and control of stock items.
