Kelly Group Controls Indirect Spend with PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay
PROACTIS P2P to control spend for one of the UK's leading telecommunications and cable contractors.
Kelly Group, one of the UK's leading telecommunications and cable contractors, has adopted Proactis Group's flagship product, PROACTIS Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) to gain control and visibility of indirect spend throughout its national network of operational depots.
After implementing a new finance system, Kelly Group recognised the opportunity to streamline the whole Purchase-to-Pay process and control all indirect spend with a best-in-class eProcurement system. After evaluating a number of solutions, they chose PROACTIS.
PROACTIS P2P will be integrated into the Group's Irish Exchequer financial system to manage control over what is spent, with which suppliers, and by whom. The PROACTIS system will also provide full visibility of the cost pipeline, showing real-time analysis of budget vs. actual spend, including detailed analysis of committed costs, as well as the prevention and early warning of potential overspends.
