RSPCA Goes Live with PROACTIS Spend Control Solution
PROACTIS, the spend control and eProcurement specialist today announced the completion of a 1,000-user purchasing system project for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).
The system, which has been integrated to The Society's SAGE 500 accounts system, is being provided as a hosted solution and will enable the RSPCA to ensure compliance with all sourcing, authorisation, and financial controls.
PROACTIS controls the whole purchase-to-pay process, from initial request through to payment of goods/services received, providing employees with an easy way to buy goods and services while following established policies and procedures.
Managers will gain instant visibility of request details along with related financial information to support buying decisions and budgetary control. The automation of paper-based systems will also eliminate inefficiencies and enable staff to focus on the welfare of animals.
The RSPCA joins a large community of PROACTIS users in the not-for-profit sector, including Amnesty International, the NSPCC, British Olympic Association, and the Royal National Theatre.
