Royal National Theatre completes roll-out of PROACTIS spend control solution with Infor FMS SunSystems from Touchstone
PROACTIS, the spend control and eProcurement specialist today announced the successful deployment of a purchase-to-pay system project for the Royal National Theatre. The project was run by a highly methodical team with specialist assistance from PROACTIS' consulting and support teams.
The solution, which was implemented by PROACTIS partner, Touchstone, has been integrated to the Theatre's SunSystems financial system to automate the purchase-to-pay cycle, from requisition through to payment.
With the PROACTIS spend control solution in place, the Theatre now has full visibility of the cost pipeline, enabling managers to report on and analyse all spend as soon as it is committed and ensure that production budgets are not exceeded. It will also enable them to measure supplier performance and drive better deals from preferred suppliers.
