CB Richard Ellis to Expand PROACTIS into Germany
PROACTIS, the spend control and eProcurement specialist, today announced that commercial real estate services firm, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) is to roll-out the PROACTIS purchasing solution across its German operations.
The UK Property and Asset Management division of CBRE is already using PROACTIS to manage expenditure across 850 properties.
"The PROACTIS system has been very well-received," says Lee Tanner, CBRE National Procurement Manager. "Having been a site manager in the past, I would have given anything to have the budget control and visibility they have now with PROACTIS."
By expanding into Europe, CBRE's German client property owners will be able to realise the same benefits as the UK, including:
