Dental Group Bridges the Invoice Processing Gap with PROACTIS

  • PROACTIS today announced that one of the UK's leading dental groups has selected the PROACTIS eInvoicing solution to streamline invoice management and boost processing rates.
  • The dental group will initially use eInvoicing to automate interactions with one of their major suppliers, with a longer-term view to extend a supplier engagement initiative to more of their supply base.
  • PROACTIS will enable the dental group to create and send XML orders which will be posted directly into the supplier's SOP system. Likewise, they will receive XML invoices straight into their purchase-to-pay system; saving both the supplier and buyer significant administration time. 
  • The agreement is for a 3-year subscription of the eInvoicing solution, which will work alongside the dental group's existing PROACTIS purchase-to-pay system.
