  • PROACTIS today announced that a Federal Government Authority in Canada has selected the PROACTIS eProcurement solution to improve financial control and reduce costs.
  • The Authority will use PROACTIS to manage the steps required when ordering, receiving, and paying for goods and/or services, as well as giving a real-time view of commitments.
  • The PROACTIS Contract Management solution will also be used to improve visibility and control of supplier contracts and ensure staff use these pre-negotiated contracts when buying goods and services.
  • PROACTIS offers strong multi-language capabilities and will be implemented across the Authority's multiple sites for use by hundreds of employees.
  • PROACTIS will be integrated to the Authority's Microsoft Dynamics GP finance system and offers proven, fully vendor-supported and maintained integration.
