A4e Selects PROACTIS Cloud-Based Procurement Solutions

- PROACTIS, the spend control and eProcurement specialist, today announced that A4e Limited has selected the PROACTIS cloud-based procurement suite for sourcing, contract management and supplier engagement.
- A4e is a leading public service provider, employing more than 3,400 people in nine countries.
- A customer since 2006, A4e already uses the PROACTIS purchase-to-pay solution for electronic acquisition of indirect products and services from purchase orders to payables.
- A4e will now extend its spend control program to Procurement in order to streamline labour-intensive and repeatable sourcing processes; improve opportunities in negotiated contracts with suppliers; and ensure all purchases are in line with company policies, established budgets and negotiated agreements.
- A4E is taking a strategic approach to spend control by re-aligning its organisational processes with best practices, including adopting a more automated and best-in-class approach to procurement and purchase-to-pay, with PROACTIS cloud-based solutions.
