Standard Software Support
The Standard Service entitles customers to problem logging and response within guaranteed timescales, which match the severity of the problem being experienced. All upgrades to PROACTIS software (in the form of Service Packs or new releases) are also made available as part of the service. In addition, a fixed quota of time for the diagnosis and resolution of problems that may have been caused by the end user, faulty data, or the need for end-user education is offered.
Additional Enhanced Software Support
We are always happy to tailor our Support Services for customers who have requirements beyond the Standard Support Services. Examples of extended offerings include out of hours support, performance guarantees against individual customer targets and extended quotas for user error correction.
In addition, some customers have asked us to build support plans that contain standard software support plus a pre-defined programme to upgrade PROACTIS applications regularly, to the current version. This is to ensure you never fall too far behind, and always enjoy the additional functions of new releases, on a predictable cost base.
At the same time demand has grown for pre-booked services such as regular software health checks, individual education, and support. With Additional Enhanced Software Support you will be able to tailor a service package that fits the needs of your business precisely.
